Request to add FileZilla to DPI applications

What is a one sentence summary of your feature request?

Request to add FileZilla to DPI applications

Please describe your idea in detail. What is your problem, why do you feel this idea is the best solution, etc.

Currently, FileZilla is not included in the DPI application list.
As a result, it is not possible to block or detect file transfers based on specific IP addresses or URLs when using FileZilla.
This limitation forces administrators to either fully allow or fully block FileZilla, reducing the flexibility and effectiveness of DPI policies.

If FileZilla is added as a DPI application, administrators would be able to apply more granular controls, such as blocking or monitoring file transfers to specific IPs or URLs.
This would allow DPI functionality to be used more effectively while maintaining necessary access for legitimate use cases.

How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?

Currently, FileZilla is being used either in full monitoring mode or fully blocked, as granular control is not available.
