Blocking file upload through ChatGPT app
Please describe your idea in detail. What is your problem, why do you feel this idea is the best solution, etc.
We setup DPI to block file upload to ChatGPT web portal, but user can still upload file through ChatGPT app. The leaves a vulnerability to our DLP protection. Please add ChatGPT app support.
How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?

We completely understand how important AI interaction visibility and control are with Endpoint Protector. And as a result of that, I’m happy to confirm that this extended coverage is already part of our future development and our mid-long term roadmap. We also plan to extend support for the applications in the future. However, at this time, we don’t have a specific ETA to share.
