Request to include new applications in Endpoint Protector

Please describe your idea in detail. What is your problem, why do you feel this idea is the best solution, etc.

Hello,

when configuring Endpoint Protector, I noticed that some of the tools we use are not being registered by the solution, so I cannot block them properly.

The affected applications are:

Splashtop

RustDesk

ISL Online

We cannot disable file transfer, as we need to keep that functionality in order to support users.

Would it be possible to add these tools to the policy outbound points, or register these applications so they can be managed correctly?

How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?

I can’t solve them, it’s an information leak blind spot because I can’t lock the tool.
