Enforce and overwrite permissions with a permission template for passwords moved from personal to shared area
Please describe your idea in detail. What is your problem, why do you feel this idea is the best solution, etc.
If a user saves a password intended for a shared area in their personal area and then wants to move it to the shared area, the message about overwriting permissions with a rights template is often ignored (quickly clicked away), leaving users wondering why everyone else cannot see the password even though it has been stored there.
How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?
The solution to this problem would be a setting called ‘Automatically apply the rights template of an organisational unit when moving’, which can be set in the global user settings for all OUs or selectively for individual organisational units.
