Users are welcome to change the form of a password. However, this is only possible if the user has the right to set “authorizations”.
This means that the user can change the complete authorization of a password although only the form should be changed.
Hi Maik - unfortunately, there’s no way to achieve this today. The way our solution enforces field-level permissions and applies additional security layers, such as password masking, requires that specific permission to be in place. This design ensures sensitive data remains protected and prevents accidental exposure.
We understand that in some scenarios, it would be helpful to separate these rights, and your feedback is greatly valued. We’ll take it into account as we evaluate future improvements to make access management both secure and flexible.
