Client UI and Usability Improvement Requests

Please describe your idea in detail. What is your problem, why do you feel this idea is the best solution, etc.

Several areas have been identified where enhancements to the Client UI and overall usability would improve user experience and operational efficiency. To minimize user confusion and enhance usability, we would like to request the following improvements.

  1. Request to Add Selective Display Function in the Settings Tab
    → Request to add a feature allowing administrators to select only the required items in the Settings tab and display only those items to end users.
    Unselected items should be hidden to prevent unnecessary information exposure and to improve usability.
    Since empty or unused fields may currently be misunderstood as system issues by users, this feature is required.

  2. Feature Request: Display of Blocked Files in the Content Awareness Protection Tab
    → Request to add a feature that allows users to view a list of blocked files in the Content Awareness Protection tab on the Client screen.
    Users must be able to directly check which files were blocked in order to submit accurate allow requests to administrators.

  3. Feature Request: Customizable Item Order in the Device Control Tab
    → Request to add a feature that allows users to customize and rearrange the order of items displayed in the Device Control tab.
    Currently, the device code is positioned at the end of the list, making it inconvenient for users who frequently reference this information.
    Allowing users to rearrange item order will significantly improve usability.

  4. Feature Request: Visible Text Selection Highlight When Copying
    → Request to add a feature that provides a visible drag/selection highlight when copying text on the Client screen.
    When copying device codes or serial numbers, users currently have difficulty confirming whether the text has been correctly selected and copied.
    This feature is required to ensure accurate copying.

  5. Feature Request: Policy Update Button UI Provision
    → Although the Policy Update function itself is a positive addition, it is currently displayed only as text, which results in low visibility.
    To improve user recognition and accessibility, we request that this function be provided as a clearly identifiable button-style UI.

By adding this feature, we can enhance user convenience, minimize confusion during client usage, and improve efficiency from both administrative and operational perspectives.

How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?

From the user’s perspective, this may cause inconvenience.
