Difficulty Identifying User-Level Policies in Computer Tab

What is a one sentence summary of your feature request?

Difficulty Identifying User-Level Policies in Computer Tab

Please describe your idea in detail. What is your problem, why do you feel this idea is the best solution, etc.

In Device Control, when policies are inherited or configured at the group or computer level, they are displayed as “Group” or “Custom” in the computer list.
However, when policies are applied at the user level, they are still displayed as “Global,” making it difficult to identify whether user-specific settings are actually applied.

Additionally, when user-level settings are in effect, this is not visible in the computer list, and administrators must manually check each user’s Manage Settings to confirm.
The user tab also lacks any indication of “Custom” configurations, which further reduces visibility.

To address this, it would be helpful to:

  • Add an indicator in the user tab showing whether custom settings are applied
  • Display a clear label or status in the computer list when user-level policies or settings are in effect

This improvement would significantly enhance visibility and reduce the need for manual checks.

How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?

Currently, it is difficult to distinguish whether a user is receiving Global or User-level policies from the computer tab.
As a result, when issues arise, administrators must manually access the Manage Settings of each computer to verify the applied policies.
