Add the option to configure what fields are shown during the review
Please describe your idea in detail. What is your problem, why do you feel this idea is the best solution, etc.
The default fields are not very helpful unless the reviewer knows each one of the employees and roles in the company and still - it’s not very convenient. I would like to have the option to modify what fields are shown, for example our need is to see “Job Title” next to the employee name. If the reviewer wants to review by departments, we could add “Cost Center” (all those fields are part of the Employee object in our NetSuite), and then more efficiently go through all of the permissions and roles associated to these teams, or if the job title make sense to have the permission they do.
How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?
We haven’t started the UAR yet, but I suppose using 2 screens with our HR system on one side and the UAR on other, or have an excel spreadsheet of all employees and job titles from NetSuite.
