Add clear error messages for all “Manage Accounts” actions when NIM agent connection is missing

What is a one sentence summary of your feature request?

Display clear error messages when any “Manage Accounts” action fails due to no active connection to the NIM agent.

Please describe your idea in detail. What is your problem, why do you feel this idea is the best solution, etc.

Currently, when performing actions under the “Manage Accounts” section (such as password reset, account unlock) without an connection to the NIM agent, the page simply reloads without any indication of success or failure. This creates confusion for end users. The lack of feedback is not user-friendly and leads to unnecessary support tickets.
The proposed solution is to implement a visible error message (e.g., “Action failed: No connection to NIM agent”) whenever an operation cannot be completed due to missing connectivity.

This will:
Improve user experience by providing immediate feedback.
Reduce frustration and uncertainty for users.
Minimize workload and repetitive explanations.

How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?

The only option is to keep informing users why the features are not working and create KB articles, which is time-consuming and inefficient.
