Email notification when errors occur
Please describe your idea in detail. What is your problem, why do you feel this idea is the best solution, etc.
Currently, you can only configure notifications for when no events are received within a certain timeframe, but there’s no notification for errors. This is based on customer feedback - when there are connection errors between NAM and NetApp, there’s no notification, which prevents us from addressing issues promptly.
How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?
The temporary workaround is to use scheduled API calls to retrieve host status.
