NIM maintenance notifications in On Premises mode (bell)

What is a one sentence summary of your feature request?

Ability to inform NIM users of upcoming or ongoing product maintenance. This is currently used for SaaS tenants and would be an added value for On Premise customers.

Please describe your idea in detail. What is your problem, why do you feel this idea is the best solution, etc.

In SaaS mode, an essential alert is available to keep you informed of maintenance intervals and Netwrix Identity Manager version upgrades, directly in the web application.
This is an effective way of centrally alerting the right audience to maintenance constraints during product or configuration upgrades.
Is it possible to create a customizable tool for On Premise installations, so that each application manager can transmit these alerts?
