Enable the agent to send the temporary password request directly without requiring the user to manually send an email

What is a one sentence summary of your feature request?

Enable the agent to send the temporary password request directly without requiring the user to manually send an email.

Please describe your idea in detail. What is your problem, why do you feel this idea is the best solution, etc.

Currently, requesting a temporary password through the agent involves two steps: first, filling out the justification and clicking “Request,” and then manually sending an email generated by the default mail application. This process is inefficient and inconvenient for users because it requires switching applications and performing redundant actions. My idea is to allow the agent to automatically send the request internally once the user clicks “Request,” eliminating the need for email interaction. This would streamline the workflow, reduce user effort, and minimize errors caused by incomplete or unsent emails.

How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?

Users follow the current two-step process, which involves opening the email client and sending the generated email manually. This workaround is time-consuming and prone to mistakes, as users may forget to send the email or encounter issues with their default mail configuration.
