Create a way to change the text color, bold the text, or set a high priority flag for this alert to make it stick out more. We need a way to flag this email as a higher priority when an account lockout happens because what if the account is a high priority account and we need to make sure that everyone sees this alert.
How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?
We do not have a resolution for this alert email because it comes in looking exactly like all our other emails, hence why we need the ability to make this one stand out.
