Ability to change Strongpoint alert settings (from Email to other ways of communication)

What is a one sentence summary of your feature request?

To be able to switch the email alerts (pending approval CR, approved CR, etc.) to other communications such as Slack.

Please describe your idea in detail. What is your problem, why do you feel this idea is the best solution, etc.

Currently we don’t have control over the emails that the system is sending to the approver (once CR is pending approval) and the answer (Approved ,Rejected to the requestor).

For customers who want to be able to change the setting from default email alerts to sending webhooks. Those webhooks can be later listened by different services (Workato, Slack, etc.) with all the relevant information (and more if possible) and generate custom alerts in-house to various stakeholders.

How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?

Now working on creating our own Slack alerts that will live in parallel with the default email alerts.
