The alerts email body need to be customizable
Please describe your idea in detail. What is your problem, why do you feel this idea is the best solution, etc.
Current email body is of fixed template, I would want it to be customizable to have the relevant fields to be shown along with any additional alert specific information to be added depending upon whom the alert is being sent to
How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?
currently not able to solve the issue but send the standard alerts
