Would like more resolution options, and allow overriding global setting for specific users with special, nonstandard, screen sizes and resolutions

Current screen resolutions that are available do not work for everyone and cause issues for people with non-standard screen resolutions. Reference Netwrix Support Ticket #00452389
How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?
limited to using laptop screen, 14”, 1920 x 1080 as a workaround
Thank you for the feedback and sorry it took so long.
In the system setting → global settings there is a list of “Allowed Resolutions” that doesn’t do anything so I deleted that section in the latest release. However, the dropdown for “Default Resolution does work. If you set that to “Full screen” then the RDP client should try to use the default resolution of whatever monitor you are using. From there, you can shrink the window if desired. I also prefer checking the “smart sizing” box so that when I do adjust the window so I can still see eveything and not deal with the scroll bars.
