Allow playback of session recordings in full screen

Please describe your idea in detail. What is your problem, why do you feel this idea is the best solution, etc.

Recordings currently playback in a window that is too small to see recording details. Please allow the window size to be increased to full screen for better viewing of finer details.

How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?

Zooming within the browser allows the recording to be increased a little, but it is still too small to easily see small text

What I have noticed is that depending on what you are using NPS AM for (Video Websessions, NPS for Endpoints, Server monitoring) the size of the viewing box is different. If I recall correctly from demos. When a customer is using RAG or SRA, those recording are always shown in minmal format.

I agree this would be a useful enhancement. We’ll look into what we can do in the future, although I can’t provide a timeline at this moment.
