What is a one sentence summary of your feature request?
I wish the UAR could be exported to be shared with out auditors and containing critical information
Please describe your idea in detail. What is your problem, why do you feel this idea is the best solution, etc.
I wish I could select either a Global review or a Single review and hit export → the system will then export all relevant sub items (i.e if Global review → all Single reviews associated, and for Single review → show all users that are associated with each single review).
Additionally the export should show who approved the user or permission and the date of the approval (from the log in the Review notes in NetSuite right now)
How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?
Currently I have to export 2 times - the Global review list, the Singles review list (for each global review), and then for each single review all members of the review. The HUGE issue here is that the single review only shows the owner of the role or the user, but not who actually approved it! I found out that if I (as the UAR admin) will approve a user in the single review the system will not show it to the auditor, this means that the auditor cannot rely on the export from the UAR strongpoint module and will ask me to take screenshots of the Review notes of EACH SINGLE REVIEW (And each single review = each single ROLE in netsuite… that’s alot).
