About this session:
This hands-on session will teach how to streamline, standardize, and audit User Access Reviews (UARs) on the NetSuite platform using Netwrix Platform Governance

During the session, you will to learn how to:
- Build repeatable, auditable processes for Role Permission & Assignment reviews.
- Use integrated Change Management to automatically route requests and approvals.
- Understand and manage the different personas in the UAR process (Admin, Owner, Auditor, Reviewer).
- Perform Membership Reviews (who has a role and whether it’s appropriate).
- Perform Permission Reviews (what a role can do, and whether it’s appropriate).
- Generate audit-ready reports that tie approvals, changes, and reviews together.

- Run Netwrix > User Management > Unused Roles – Not Assigned: Inactivate any Roles that are not assigned and do not plan to use.
- Run Netwrix > User Management > Role Assignments with No Login in Six Months: Remove secondary+ Role assignments if Users aren’t using it.
- Review Owner List: Add Role Owners for new Roles or update if there are changes since the last UAR.
- Review Permissions Record Type: Are there any new Permissions since the last UAR or change to Risk Severity?
