Integrating Agentforce into Salesforce customer portals can address this gap by introducing AI-driven automation directly within the portal. This would allow customers to get instant responses, perform actions, and resolve common queries without human intervention. Additionally, leveraging real-time CRM data would enable more contextual and personalized interactions.
This approach not only improves response time and customer satisfaction but also reduces operational workload, making it a scalable and future-ready solution.
