Action plans are great but enhancing the workflows could make them so much better
Please describe your idea in detail. What is your problem, why do you feel this idea is the best solution, etc.
Action Plans are for PingCastle Pro and Enterprise users.
Here are some ideas for enhancing Action Plan experience:
- Implement Action plans from the consolidated report to easily map efforts across multiple domains
- Select multiple findings and create action plan from multiple findings
- Ability to assign them to a console user rather than just a free text field
- Include better email integration with action plans. Assignee should receive notifications for:
- Assigned
- Status Change
- Expected fix date passed but item is not resolved
- Issue was fixed and is now detected again
- Inbox for notifications and tracking of action plans for console users
- Integration with ticketing systems?
How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?
We have to create action plans for each finding separately.
