What is a one sentence summary of your feature request?
We request OCR support for multiple file formats, including PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint to enable text extraction from scanned documents.
Please describe your idea in detail. What is your problem, why do you feel this idea is the best solution, etc.
Our primary drawing files are in PDF format, and we need to protect these files through Endpoint Protector. These files are shared through platforms such as email, cloud storage, and other file-sharing services. Therefore, we need to prevent the unauthorized transfer of sensitive design files using custom keyword detection.Recently, we performed testing with keyword-based policies on drawing PDF files. During the testing, we observed that the configured keywords were not detected in the drawing PDF files.
How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?
Currently, we are not using any custom keyword-based policy.
