OCR for embedded images
Please describe your idea in detail. What is your problem, why do you feel this idea is the best solution, etc.
As an engineer, I need to have OCR detection for files that have embedded images as well as image files so that I can have full OCR coverage.
How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?
This is a gap in our program.

Thank you for raising this and I am sorry you are experiencing issues with our OCR solution.
Before we can move forward with your request, may I kindly ask you to confirm the following details
- OS Version
- Server version
- Client version
- file types you experienced the issue on
Also, in the upcoming client release (2605), which will be announced really soon, we have some improvements to our OCR functionality. I would strongly recommend that you install the new client on a couple of machines and let us know if you still experience the issue.
