What is a one sentence summary of your feature request?
Add in-app notifications for available PPE software updates and new versions of the compromised password database.
Please describe your idea in detail. What is your problem, why do you feel this idea is the best solution, etc.
Currently, PPE administrators have no direct visibility within the application when a new software version or updated compromised password database becomes available. This creates a risk that organizations may fall behind on critical updates, missing out on security patches, performance improvements, or enhanced password protection. Adding in-app notifications would give administrators timely, proactive alerts when an update is available—either for the PPE platform itself or for the compromised password database. This ensures environments stay current, reduces the effort required to manually monitor for updates, and strengthens overall security by encouraging faster adoption of password intelligence enhancements.
How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?
We rely on manually checking vendor communications, release notes, or periodically visiting the Netwrix support site to see if new versions are available. This is inefficient and easy to overlook, especially in busy IT environments, potentially leaving systems outdated and less secure.
