The Health Reporting page provides visibility into all updates related to product performance, stability, and operational status
Please describe your idea in detail. What is your problem, why do you feel this idea is the best solution, etc.
The idea is to have a separate page dedicated to monitoring the product’s operational health.
The problem currently is that I have to check my email to get alerted about any operational problems. I’d like these operational problems to be very apparent to me when I log into the tool.
This is the best solution because it’s very clear to me. I would just have to go to that page for the product’s current operational status. The page could also provide me with resolution steps if there is a problem.
How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?
For now I have to check my email for any operational alert such as a service going down, or if an agent goes offline.
