What is a one sentence summary of your feature request?
Add support for ARM64 architecture in the Windows Credential Provider component of Netwrix Password Policy Enforcer.
Please describe your idea in detail. What is your problem, why do you feel this idea is the best solution, etc.
With the increasing adoption of Windows ARM64-based laptops, our organization has begun deploying these devices to end users. However, the current PPE Windows Credential Provider does not support ARM64 architecture, leaving a critical gap in password policy enforcement for these systems. Without native support, users on ARM64 devices do not receive real-time password policy feedback during password changes, which introduces inconsistencies in enforcement, elevates helpdesk burden, and potentially exposes the environment to non-compliant passwords. Adding ARM64 support would future-proof the PPE platform, ensure uniform password policy experiences across all Windows endpoints, and support organizations as they adopt newer hardware platforms.
How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?
At present, ARM64 users must rely on fallback mechanisms such as domain-level policy rejection or password expiration cycles. There is no equivalent real-time enforcement or feedback on these systems, resulting in more user confusion and support tickets.
