Revamped Change Request Experience
The Change Request interface has been completely redesigned with a simplified, unified UI and a visual status path that drives progression:
In Progress → Pending Approval → Approved → Completed → Rejected
Status-based locking prevents edits after submission, and users can now easily revert requests back to In Progress when scope changes or rework is required.
System Permission Tracking
A powerful new capability that monitors changes to critical System Permissions across Profiles and Permission Sets. Each scan compares snapshots and generates user-level Change Logs when permissions are granted or removed, all to support audit readiness.
Smarter, Rule-Based Field Tracking
Field Tracking now introduces flexible monitoring rules that allow admins to track individual fields or use metadata-based filters such as object, data type, or compliance category (e.g., PII). The scanner evaluates only rule-defined fields, reducing noise while providing precise visibility into who gains read or edit access to sensitive data.
Improved Folder Access Visibility
Admins can now clearly see who has access to ReportFolder and DashboardFolder records, whether access is granted directly or through a Public Group or Role. Change Logs provide structured visibility into access additions, removals, and modifications, including compliance indicators and detailed change context.
Scanner Inactivity Alerts
New automated email notifications alert designated Salesforce administrators when the Auto Scanner fails to run as scheduled, reducing monitoring gaps and strengthening compliance oversight.
Enhanced DLU (Date Last Use) Configuration
Administrators now have granular control over which metadata types and specific fields are processed by the DLU Scanner, enabling more efficient API consumption and focused analysis.
Finder Rebuilt as Lightning Web Component (LWC)
The Finder under the Tools menu has been re-architected as a Lightning Web Component, improving performance, flexibility, and alignment with Salesforce’s modern architecture.
FlexiPage & LWC Scanner Enhancements
Scanners have been updated to align with modern Salesforce API versions.
Unified Netwrix Brand Experience
Platform Governance has been updated to align with Netwrix’s unified product branding standards—delivering a cohesive experience across cloud and on-prem solutions.
