Customization Records Page in the Lightning App

Focus on the data that you need most. Note: The new page is visible only to System Administrators. To activate it, go to the Home Page first and then to the Customization tab to open a customization record.

Key updates include:

  • Metadata Tab: This tab displays only essential information, reducing clutter. Additionally, the Document API Version is now available for the Apex Class, Apex Page, Apex Trigger, Lightning Component, and Bundle categories.
  • Custom Tab: This tab highlights critical fields related to scanning and other tasks.
  • Change Management Tab: This tab consolidates information about policy and data tracking.

Salesforce User License Analysis

Reduce Salesforce licensing costs by identifying inactive users. You can filter results based on user activity, packages, and the time of last use.

Daily Scan Configuration in the Automated Scan Scheduler

Focus the Automated Scan Scheduler on selected high-priority Salesforce types, optimizing resource utilization and lowering operational costs.

Automated Pre-Validation for the Scheduler

The automated pre-validation process prevents overlapping scans from being scheduled, ensuring smooth execution without failures or delays.

Enhanced Report Cleanup Tool

The enhanced Report Cleanup Tool makes managing reports faster and easier. This new feature automates cleanups, saving time and reducing manual effort. Filters are now organized into Basic and Advanced tabs making it easier to find what you need. A convenient link allows you to create rules directly from the menu, streamlining workflows. The redesigned interface is more intuitive and visually appealing, ensuring a smoother and more efficient experience.

Improved Change Request, Changes to Users, and System Permission Reports

Several reports have been refined to offer more detailed and consistent information:

  • Change Request Report: Displays who approved a change and when.
  • Changes to Users Report: Now includes users’ full names.
  • System Permission Report: Aligns label formatting with the Profile view for consistency.

Modified Jira Customization Search Bar

Now you can add multiple customizations simultaneously, saving time and effort.

Locking and Unlocking Policies

To prevent unauthorized changes, policies can now be locked by assigning Policy Changes Approvers:

  • If a Policy Changes Approver is set, any changes to the policy require an approved Change Request.
  • If no Approver is specified, changes to the policy are allowed without change requests.
