What this means for you:
If you attempt to activate a license during this time and encounter an error, please wait and try again later.
Productive systems will not be affected, as active licenses do not require continuous validation.
Additional systems affected:
The Customer Information System (KIS) will also be unavailable during the upgrade.
In rare cases, a license may need to be briefly deactivated and reactivated following the update.

I prefer that way in the community, if someone has a problem, others will see it immediately and are able to approve or decline. Especially if the problem related to an announced issue/planned task.
I had in the past a similar problem, with the patch 9.2.1
i made a support-ticket, becuase something wouldnt work. If someone else would have the same issue, he doesn’t see that.
