We want to inform you that our internal license server (Netwrix Part of MATESO) is scheduled for an upgrade on 2025-04-29T06:00:00Z. During this maintenance window, the license server will be temporarily unavailable for approximately two hours.
What this means for you:
- If you attempt to activate a license during this time and encounter an error, please wait and try again later.
- Productive systems will not be affected, as active licenses do not require continuous validation.
Additional systems affected:
- The Customer Information System (KIS) will also be unavailable during the upgrade.
- In rare cases, a license may need to be briefly deactivated and reactivated following the update.
