Do you want to be notified of future product updates? Why, yes! Yes I do. I’ll just follow the animation and…Oh, the animation shows clicking a bell that is nowhere to be found. I guess I will NOT subscribe to notifications for future updates. :face_exhaling:

We have a valid Netwrix Auditor subscription but I’m not able to download this update..any help appreciated.

Hi Matthew and welcome to the community.

Typically this problem is related to expired line items on the license screen.

If you head over to settings > license, select the line item this is expired or out of maintenance, then click on the remove button.

Repeat this step for each item not licensed.

Once this has been cleaned to only show items licensed by subscription, you should be able to download the latest build.

We have no expired items…a lot of unavailble points because we are not licensed to use that. But I can’t remove this points..

When you say you’re unable to download the latest version, can you clarify what’s happening? Are you receiving an error message—if so, what does it say? Or is the issue that, when you’re taken to the Portal, the “My Products” section appears blank?

it seems that with the e-mail address with which we have bought the netwrix license is not associated with our netwrix product..
