What’s New in Netwrix Change Tracker 8.1.2
UI Refresh & Visual Improvements
Netwrix Change Tracker has been rebranded to align with the new Netwrix visual identity. The update delivers a cleaner, more modern interface with refreshed colors, typography, and iconography that match the broader Netwrix portfolio. This isn’t just a coat of paint - it creates a more consistent, recognizable experience across Netwrix products. Same capabilities, clearer branding, and a UI that’s fully aligned with the Netwrix platform.
ServiceNow Incident Creation for Declining Report Scores
You can now trigger ServiceNow incidents directly from Group Report Results.
When a report’s average score drops, an incident is automatically created in ServiceNow. Each degraded report generates its own incident, ensuring issues are clearly tracked and actionable.
To enable this feature, connect your ServiceNow instance under Settings → User Notifications.
New Reports & Trackers
The following reports and tracking templates have been included in this release:
- Apache Tomcat v10 Compliance report
- Fortigate 7.0 CIS Compliance Report
- Windows 25 Tracking Template
MongoDB Version Updated
Netwrix Change Tracker now ships with MongoDB version 8.2. This update ensures the product is aligned with the latest MongoDB release, providing improved performance and security enhancements. Customers deploying new instances or upgrading will benefit from the stability and long-term maintainability of the 8.2 platform baseline.
