Is there a way to override a document’s classification if I determine it to be a false-positive? If not, is there a place where I can add comments for a particular document (page) so that I don’t have to keep evaluating the same documents that show up on my reports?
@mscirri hi, I believe what you are trying to do is possible to achieve using the Remove Classification action in the workflow: Apply Additional Classification
Hi Marc,
What you can do here is adjust the clues, either tweak the out of box settings or add additional clues.
If there is something unique across all false positive files, you could add a clue that would target these files, but add the clue with a negative score e.g. a standard term with a score of -500 point,
This will ensure the file remains in a negative state and will not get classified,
basically, you are counteracting the positive clues with a negative clue.

Russell
@Russell : The issue is when a document actually contains something like passwords, but they are just dummy passwords use in an example. Or temp passwords that were changed immediately.
@dimav : I think this is the path. I am going to have to test it out. I won’t be able to do this for “newer” documents, as they can continue to change, but for established documents or documentation we get from vendors, this might solve the problem.
I still think it would be helpful to be able to add comments as to why that action was performed. Maybe I will submit that as an idea.
