Is there a way to tell NDC to re-classify all documents that are tagged with a specific term? One of the pain-points I have is trying to eliminate false-positives after altering Clues for a specific term. I don’t want to have to re-classify everything, just those items that I know will be updated based on the Clue changes.
Hi Marc,
Pleasure to meet you,
Yes this is possible, to simply re-classify a specific term after making changes to the clues, right-click the term and select the option ‘Reclassify Tagged’, example in the screenshot.
This option will only target and re-process the current classified files associated and tagged to the term.
Optionally, you may want to use ‘Reclassify Term’ - This will re-scan the entire index. This is useful when working with ‘False Negatives’, files that should have been classified but were missed due to achieving a score below the threshold.
If you have never used this, on the ‘Browse’ switch the view to ‘Near Misses’ and select the percentage to review any potential false negatives,
Regards,
Russell
That is fantastic. Thank you!
