Old Outlook no longer supported?

I am looking for a YES or NO if the old outlook addin is no longer supported?
We currently have an issue with the addin and the support told me that “future enhancements will be focused on Outlook New only”. Support referred me to the community to get a final response from the Product Management.

Thank you for reaching out and sorry for any confusion regarding support for the old Outlook. Our approach aligns with Microsoft’s strategy: going forward, all new features and enhancements will be focused on the New Outlook, as Microsoft will make it the default and mandatory starting April 2026.

However, the “Old” Outlook is still supported. If you encounter any issues, please submit a Netwrix support ticket with all relevant debug data, details of your scenario and reproduction steps, Outlook and OS versions, any associated apps, and timestamps of when the issue occurred. This information will help us reproduce and verify the issue more efficiently.

Thank you for the reply. Ok good to hear you are still supporting the old outlook addin.
I will catch up with the support again and see how we can proceed with our issue. Ticket#00462924.
