Management of Notification Templates
Please describe your idea in detail. What is your problem, why do you feel this idea is the best solution, etc.
We would like to have a feature that enables management of notification templates.
For exemple certification campaigns, with the ability to customize these templates by application.
The idea is to integrate a library of templates (preconfigured or customizable) directly into the product, allowing administrators to select the appropriate template for notifications.
It would be beneficial to have this customization natively supported in the solution, in order to:
Reduce reliance on external scripts.
Simplify management and ensure consistency of notifications.
Provide a better experience for both users and administrators.
How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?
Currently, some notifications are customized and generated via PowerShell scripts. While this approach works, it remains manual and not fully integrated.
