Hello! Why does build 15066 show build 15036 when installed?

Hello Dave,

Welcome to the Netwrix Community!

It sounds like your upgrade may not have completed successfully. I checked my own lab environment, and after upgrading to version 15066, that build number does display correctly.

I’d recommend starting with a system reboot first. If the version still doesn’t show as 15066, try running the upgrade again:

  • If you’re prompted to upgrade, it means the previous upgrade didn’t take effect.
  • If you’re given an option to repair, that indicates the upgrade is present, but something may have gone wrong with the version display. In that case, go ahead and run the repair process.

That should resolve the issue. If it does not, please let me know and I’ll make sure to have a Support Engineer reach out to you to work on the issue.
