Jira Ticket Status Maps to NetSuite Automatically Without Opening the Ticket

Please describe your idea in detail. What is your problem, why do you feel this idea is the best solution, etc.

If the Jira ticket status is updated via an API call from another system it will not update the status in Netsuite causing the status to not sync correctly.

How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?

Open the Jira ticket after changing the status so that it will sync over into NetSuite
