After upgrading, you can expect:

These improvements make it easier to track proposed changes in Jira and reconcile them with actual configuration changes in NetSuite, all within your existing governance process.

What to expect next
We’re excited for customers to move to the new Forge-based Jira app. The existing Jira integration will remain supported for a limited time, but our goal is to retire it as customers migrate to the new experience.
