Improvement Request for Back Navigation Behavior in EPP UI

What is a one sentence summary of your feature request?

Improvement Request for Back Navigation Behavior in EPP UI

Please describe your idea in detail. What is your problem, why do you feel this idea is the best solution, etc.

On the EPP page, when navigating to Content Awareness → Content Awareness Policies → Create Policy and then selecting the Back button, the system does not return to the previous “Content Awareness Policy List” page. Instead, it redirects the user to the main dashboard screen that appears right after login.

This behavior may feel unintuitive from a user experience perspective. Therefore, we would like to share the idea of improving this behavior so that, not only on this page but also across other menus, selecting Back will return the user to the previous working page (previous session) instead of redirecting to the main dashboard.

How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?

From a user perspective, this behavior may result in repeated page navigation and an increased number of unnecessary clicks, which can reduce operational efficiency. In addition, it may interrupt the user’s workflow and increase the likelihood of ongoing policy configuration or management tasks being discontinued, potentially causing inconvenience during actual operations.

Alternatively, would it be possible to add a back button at the top as well, so that it is more visible and accessible for users?
