Support for Customizable Block Notification Page

Please describe your idea in detail. What is your problem, why do you feel this idea is the best solution, etc.

We have confirmed that EPP currently does not provide customization options for the website block notification page.

In our customer environment, it is important to enhance user experience and clearly communicate internal security policies. To achieve this, we require the ability to apply custom messages and design elements to the block notification page.

Therefore, we kindly request the option to configure the block notification page with a custom HTML page.

How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?

Currently, we do not have a proper solution for this limitation. Users simply see the default block page, which often leads to confusion.

Hi Seungwookma,

Thank you for your request and your activity on the community portal. We’re currently developing a new prompting mechanism that can be triggered when EPP blocks a transaction, in place of the system’s default mechanism, which should partially address your needs.

At this time, modifications to the DPI error pages response are not being considered, as our roadmap focuses on more urgent priorities. However, I have accepted your feature request for consideration in our long-term roadmap.
