What is a one sentence summary of your feature request?

I would like to apply a custom notification message for the CAP application blocking event alert

Please describe your idea in detail. What is your problem, why do you feel this idea is the best solution, etc.

Currently, the notification message for application block events is fixed and cannot be modified. We would like to customize and apply our own notification message that appears when an application is blocked

How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?

The application block notification message cannot be modified and the alert cannot be disabled, so we are currently using it as is
