EPP Server Optimization Based on Customer Environments

Hello.
We are currently making extensive preparations to deploy version 25.09 and later to our customers.

Our customers’ environments vary greatly, with endpoint counts ranging from as few as 50 to as many as 2,500, and accordingly, their server specifications also differ significantly. However, the EPP image you have recently instructed us to install differs from the previous ISO-based approach. Unlike before, where configurations such as M50 through M1000 could be selected, this is now a fully built EPP server image without selectable sizing options.

In the past, we have received feedback from customers that, despite having servers with very strong specifications, the system was still slow when loading logs via the web interface. At the time, there was little we could do on our side to address this.

Recently, however, through remote support sessions with Netwrix engineers, I learned that when customer servers experience slowness or other issues, it may be necessary to optimize configuration settings for services such as MySQL, Nginx, and PHP-FPM.

With this in mind, when installing the 25.09 or 25.10 images in customer environments, I would like to ask whether there are prepared or recommended optimization approaches for tuning these internal EPP services.

I would appreciate your clarification on this matter.

Kind regards,

Good news: In the next few days we plan to publish a “do it yourself” guide to tuning it yourself based upon your needs.

So:
You CAN call support and we’ll tune it for you.. -or-
You CAN do it yourself with our instructions which are written

But these directions do need to go thru a quick QA before publishing.

Can you wait a few days as it goes thru the QA gears and then gets published?

Let me know.

Thanks!

I’m delighted to hear it’s in preparation.

I’ll be waiting.

Thank you.
