Browser AddOn no longer logs in

Hello,

since last week, we have been experiencing the issue that the browser add-on no longer logs in automatically in AutoFill after signing in, and logging in to the FatClient is no longer working either. Is this a known issue?

Please double-check that cross-client authentication is still activated :thinking:.
If it is, I’d kindly ask you to create a regular support ticket with more details (e.g. version, browser, etc.), as we’re currently not aware of any known issues related to this behavior.

The cross-client login is checked everywhere.
I have an appointment with our service provider on Thursday; he will take a look at it and then open a ticket.

Hello,

we had an approach to the solution, and I then spoke with my colleagues, who had changed group policies the week before. That turned out to be the problem, but I don’t know exactly which group policy it was.
