Ability to send different sets of Alerts to different email addresses
Please describe your idea in detail. What is your problem, why do you feel this idea is the best solution, etc.
We are able to create multiple alert profiles in 1Secure, however it currently will only send to the Default Profile. We need the ability to create alert profiles with different sets of alerts to go to different emails addresses.
How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?
There is no workaround. Everyone gets all of the alerts.

Routing different alert profiles to different recipients is a natural expectation and we get why the current behaviour is frustrating.
We’ve got a decent amount of work planned in the alerting space over the coming months, and this kind of granular routing is exactly the sort of thing that fits into that picture. I can’t give you a firm timeline right now, but it’s on our radar and the broader alerting improvements should move things in this direction.
