1Secure Email Alerts include the WHAT (Changed) but have to LOG IN to see the WHO, me sad

The ON-Prem Netwrix Auditor (what I have been using for years) had their alerts give you everything in one email. What changed (a group) and WHO was moved in or out. Now, with 1Secure, I onlty get the WHAT and have to click link to LOG IN and then see the WHO.
How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?
Click Link, Login, MFA, investigate Alerts, then see who. Be nice to have it in the email and in the ConectWise Integration Ticket
@ivs-award hi thanks for your suggestion! This is something we are planning to implement soon, not with just the WHO but other details as well, so I modified the name a little.
We shipped richer alert details in February, so the WHO and other context should now be right there in the email without needing to log in. Checkout the Faster Alert Triage section of the release notes linked below. Give it a try and let us know if it’s hitting the mark!
