Recording of a scheduled session

Please describe your idea in detail. What is your problem, why do you feel this idea is the best solution, etc.

Currently, when a user requests a scheduled session and the session is approved, it becomes active during the approved time window. However, this session is not recorded, it does not appear in the Historical Sessions tab, and it is not possible to review what actions the user performed during the session.

It would be beneficial if scheduled sessions were also recorded and made available in the Historical Sessions tab for audit and review purposes.

How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?

Currently, this issue cannot be resolved.

Hi Viktor,

Privilege Secure provides the same session recording and history for scheduled sessions as it does for non-scheduled sessions. I also verified this in my lab just now.

Can you please confirm which version you’re running? Also, please be sure “Record Proxy Session” is enabled for all of your Connection Profiles.
