Alerts not adapting to summer time

I have an old ticket on hold status (#343801) that is still valid: when there is a time change from solar to summer time, alerts with working hours are still considering the previous time.
There is an existing workaround, to edit the alert, this allow it to understand that time is changed, anyway is not so easy if there are a lot of alerts with this filter.
Is there any possibility that the issue will be solved?
