What is a one sentence summary of your feature request?

Add a device type by IDs to block categories of devices outside the ‘usual’ device types included

Please describe your idea in detail. What is your problem, why do you feel this idea is the best solution, etc.

I have a number of display/signage machines, and I’d like to permit StreamDecks (they’re used to control software on the machines)
Rather than ask Netwrix to write a ‘StreamDeck’ device type, I’m advocating the ability to create additional device types to accommodate all sorts of USB devices that aren’t managed by EPP, and that fall outside of the usual ‘corporate USB’ gadgets - A specific wireless body camera, a scanner, a USB barcode reader, streamdecks, USB audio DAC, for example.

How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?

Currently, I have to use a windows GPO to allow installation of these devices, rather than using EPP.
