Please add Channel Talk (channel.io) as a controllable application in Endpoint Protector so admins can block or allow it via policy.
Please describe your idea in detail. What is your problem, why do you feel this idea is the best solution, etc.
Channel Talk is increasingly used by many companies in Korea as a customer support and internal communication tool.
Some environments need to restrict or control messenger-style apps to prevent data leakage and enforce compliance.
Today, Channel Talk is not available as a selectable app in Restricted Apps / Application Control, so applying consistent policy is difficult.
Adding Channel Talk as a supported controllable application would allow administrators to manage it the same way as other messaging or collaboration tools.
