Enable Keyword-Based Content Inspection and DPI Support for LINE Desktop Application Chats

What is a one sentence summary of your feature request?

Add support for DPI recognition, exit point control, and keyword-based monitoring of sensitive content in LINE desktop chat messages and file transfers.

Please describe your idea in detail. What is your problem, why do you feel this idea is the best solution, etc.

Netwrix Endpoint Protector (EPP) currently has no effective control over the LINE desktop application. Specifically:

LINE is not available in the DPI (Deep Packet Inspection) application list
There is no defined exit point/channel for LINE
There is no visibility or control over chat/text communication

This creates a significant gap in Data Loss Prevention (DLP), as sensitive information (such as credentials, PII, financial data, or internal business data) can be easily shared through LINE chats without detection or control.

How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?

Currently, we do not have an effective solution for this gap.
